47TH ARAW NG DAVAO DEL SUR SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Araw ng Davao del Sur is an annual celebration of Davao’s division into the three independent provinces of del Sur, del Norte and Oriental. A variety of festivities are enjoyed including horse fighting displays, tournament, beauty pageants and tribal dance performances.

BATINAG WATERFALLS
Batinag Waterfalls located in Brgy. Tagnokon, Nabunturan requires 1-2 hours of trekking hopping to 15 cascading streams before reaching the area. The waterfalls is 40 feet high and came from 12 coldspring sources. Brgy Tagnokon is 13 kms. from Poblacion Nabunturan. The word Batinag is a Mansaka term which refers to the sound of the water, elders hear whenever there is a water rush. This will be developed by the Barangay as an eco-tourism destination.
